Nathan Kessler (center, FFA sweater), suggested the idea for Meals of Hope during an FFA officer retreat. The FFA and other student organizations joined foreces to completely measure, fill, and package each meal during the Holiday Helpers activities on Friday. The team raised money through a telethon, a Gofundme site and gaining local business sponsorship. The team packaged 25,000 meals that will go to famlies.
